G 411/G Machine for the insertion of gaskets

designed to insert the coestruded gaskets into the groove of wooden profiles of the sliding doors.

Contained dimension permit to move the machine to different work stations.

The particular design of the driven wheel permits the insertion of the double gasket in the same step, while the profile goes forward.

The wheel push the double gasket into the groove, without to contact the profile and without the risk to damage the painting.

It is possible to process with different profiles, due to a rigistrable device.

The functioning of the machine is completely pneumatic.
